Our olives grow in the Vila-Flor area, recognised as one of the best areas in the world for the production of high quality olive oil. They are harvested in mid-November and squeezed less than 12 hours later
Our production methods are 100% natural and certified by the European norms for organic agriculture and production of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Stored on the site and bottled next May. The result is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a marked green olive flavour, slightly spicy and with an interesting complexity
